Assignment Details

Our client, one of India's foremost vernacular hyperlocal platform is looking for an individual who has expertise in recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Source candidates for tech and non-tech roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Skills Required

  1. Strong Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  2. Sourcing Expertise – Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and networking for talent acquisition.
  3. Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple roles, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
  4. Basic Tech Knowledge – Understanding of tech and non-tech job roles and skills for screening candidates effectively.
