Assignment Details

Our client, one of India’s foremost vernacular hyperlocal platform , is seeking a Junior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Source and screen candidates for tech and non-tech roles.

2. Post job openings on various platforms.

3. Schedule and coordinate interviews.

4. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

5. Maintain and update recruitment databases.

6. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

7. Assist with onboarding new hires.
