Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support HR with onboarding of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and setting up workstations.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts (social media postings, career fairs, etc.).


Office Administration:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and organizing office logistics.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Support in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
  • Provide support for office-related projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR or office administration is a plus.
