Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant - Organizational Structure (Gap Analysis).

Key Responsibilities -
- Perform a thorough evaluation of the current structure of the target business unit using organizational metrics like span, layer, etc.
- Do a value chain analysis of the target business unit through secondary research and conversations with stakeholders like HRBP & line managers
- Map the current operating model of the business unit by identifying intra and inter-BU interfaces between teams
- Conduct market research to find out benchmark organization structures/operating models of competitor companies

Skills Required

- 2-3 years in HR with min. 1 year of HR consulting experience
- Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
