Roles & Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to
onboarding, for sales positions (e.g., Area Sales Manager, Sales Officers, Key Account
Executives).
2. Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to build
a strong talent pipeline.
3. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs
and develop effective hiring strategies.
4. Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and
assessments to evaluate candidates' sales acumen and cultural fit.
5. Employer Branding: Represent the brand at career fairs, industry events, and online
platforms to attract top talent.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor benchmarking, and
best practices in sales recruitment.
7. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze hiring data (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to improve processes.
