Our client, an American multinational consumer products company is looking to engage with a HR Executive – Commercial.
Purpose of the Role
You will support the Commercial HR team across various processes and teams. You will enhance the new hire experience, ensure compliance with HR processes, engage with Commercial HR, and support the DE&I agenda, thus contributing to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the BHR for POC 3P Employees
Complete life cycle management from hiring, coordination with external agency for training, performance management, etc.
Work closely with POC Area Managers to identify opportunity areas for better utilization of resources.
2. Streamlining the Hiring Process
Management & Updation of JDs: Continuously work with BHR and Business to keep updating JDs as per evolving responsibilities and changing market titles.
Work closely with the Business for hiring Gig/replacement for HO 3P resources, including coordinating with external agencies for sourcing the right talent.
Be the POC for all queries and concerns of HO 3Ps and communicate them to the concerned HRBP.
Assist in recruitment & onboarding for new 3Ps.
3. Enhancing New Hire Experience
Onboarding: Coordinate with new hires for all onboarding-related documentation, laptop requests, guest house accommodation, welcome mailer, allocation of seat/name tag, etc.
Execution of Induction Plan: Support new hires in setting up meetings as per the induction plan.
Communication of New Hire: Set up announcements for teams and the organization.
4. Compliance to HR Processes
Training: Maintain a tracker for mandatory training for Commercial teams and follow up on completion.
IOs: Assist with the completion of the IO process using creative frequent communications & ensure the cascade of IOs across teams.
5. Commercial HR Engagement
Assist in designing & sharing creative communications with Commercial teams for various engagements, updates, etc.
Support the "Most Aspirational Marketing Team" agenda by scheduling sessions, identifying speakers, coordinating, etc.
6. Supporting the DE&I Agenda
Support BHR in driving the "Women of CD" agenda by setting up quarterly connects, planning engagement activities, etc.
Skills Required:
▪ 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
▪ Experience of HR Business Partnering along with Talent acquisition would be preferred
▪ Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is preferred.
