Assignment Details

Our client is an a social-sector advisory firm and are looking for a Talent Acquisition consultant who can help them with the following :- 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track progress in the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Skills Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external candidates.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
