Assignment Details

Our client, a global non-profit technology organization is looking to engage with a Consultant Learning and Development Trainer specializing in Zoho modules. Consultant will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for various Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.). The trainer will focus on enhancing employees' skills and knowledge to maximize productivity and support business goals. This role is essential for ensuring that team members effectively utilize Zoho solutions to meet organizational needs and improve workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development
○ Develop and customize training content for various Zoho modules based on organizational needs.
○ Collaborate with departments to understand specific workflows and create role- specific training programs.
○ Regularly update training materials to align with new Zoho features and best practices.
2. Facilitation of Training Sessions
○ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person or virtual) covering
Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
○ Use various instructional techniques to support diverse learning styles and ensure comprehension and engagement.
○ Conduct hands-on practice sessions, simulations, and Q&;A segments to reinforce learning.
3. Continuous Improvement and Support
○ Assess participant understanding and performance through quizzes, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
○ Provide ongoing support post-training to address queries and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho modules.
○ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements to training programs.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
○ Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
○ Report on training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
○ Develop progress reports for management on team competency and proficiency in Zoho modules.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
○ Work closely with department heads, HR, and IT teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
○ Gather insights from stakeholders to anticipate future training needs and program
adjustments.

Skills Required

○ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
○ Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, preferably with a focus on software applications.
○ Experience delivering training on Zoho modules (CRM, People, Projects, Books, etc.) is highly desirable.
○ Proficiency in Zoho applications with in-depth knowledge of at least two to three core modules.
○ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
○ Proficient in MS Office Suite and presentation software.
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
○ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
○ Problem-solving skills and adaptability in delivering training content to various audiences.
○ Ability to translate complex software features into practical, relatable training
content.
