The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate projects, events, and meetings, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
