Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Non-Profit organisation, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Executive Assistant for a 6 months project based out of Delhi.

Key Deliverables:
1. Keep track of overall high-level deliverables of the projects; and develop real-time reports for decisions on continuous improvement process.
2. Support CEO in communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (including donor, client, other development partners, high-level officials etc). Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature and collects and prepares sensitive information for use in discussions and meetings with the organization's staff and external individuals.
3. Analyze basic spreadsheet models and track projects and compiles data for the preparation of reports and/or recommendations. Coordinate with personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
4. Respond to queries of team members and other stakeholders – both verbally and in writing – in a timely and professional manner. Plan, organize and coordinate meetings and workshops involving internal and external stakeholders as and when required. Circulate meeting agenda, dockets, preparatory notes, in a
timely manner.
5. Prepare meeting notes and meeting minutes; draft articles, speeches, briefings, presentations, reports; compile documents and collate information as and when required.
6. Any other task assigned by the CEO & Country Director from time to time.

Skills Required

- Strong sense of professional commitment and maturity;
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.);
- High Analytical Skills to assimilate and comprehend data, and make presentations;
- Proven ability to take initiative, problem-solving and work as part of a team;
- Well-organized, result oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills;
- 0-3 years of experience in managing multiple priorities, should excel at working both independently and as part of a team, and excellent at coordination;
- Full time Post Graduation in Business Administration from a reputed national or
international Business school/university/institution.
