Assignment Details

Our client, a leading South Indian Media Company, is seeking to engage with a Talent Acquisition expert for a project opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring:
Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy that aligns with business goals 
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition management, job 
postings, sourcing candidates, automated screening, and interview coordination 
Source candidates through multiple channels and engage them via chatbots and other AI 
tools
Conduct background checks, offer management, and pre-hire verification 

Onboarding:
Implement a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires are engaged before their 
start date and fully prepared to begin their roles on Day 1
Manage the pre-hire portal, onboarding progress, and employee access rules 
Coordinate with HR, IT, and team members to ensure new hires receive welcome gifts, 
introductory contacts, and necessary equipment
Organize and prepare all necessary materials and schedules in advance, including setting 
up workspaces and ensuring IT equipment is functional
Conduct welcome calls, facilitate new hire orientation, and introduce new employees to 
their colleagues, company vision, mission, training, KPIs, and administrative matters

Skills Required

-Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, preferably in a technology or 
telecommunications environment

-Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and priorities
-Strong skills in internal communication and compliance monitoring 
-Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a seamless hiring and
