Assignment Details

Our client is a leading Investment and trading firm and are looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities-
1. To recruit within the defined TATs as per business requirements.

-Facilitate manpower hiring across the region within Budget and as per approved manpower plan.
-To source candidates through job portals, professional & social networking sites, employee referrals, internal recruitments, consultants & identify other innovative & cost-effective ways of sourcing.
-To liaise with sourcing vendors & ensure that they comply with the sourcing SLAs laid down by the company.
-Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget.
2. To coordinate candidate screening, evaluation & selection processes to secure best fit candidates.

-To undertake preliminary screening & shortlist candidates that fulfil the selection credentials.
-To schedule interviews in coordination with the departmental heads & undertake candidate assessments.
3. To manage joining & onboarding formalities of the new hires for their smooth transition into the company.

-To perform requisite administrative functions related to joining formalities.
-To brief the candidate about the job profile, salary & benefits, important new joinee policies & issue the appointment letter.
4. To manage recruitment MIS, undertake process improvements & provide inputs.

-To maintain detailed data pertaining to recruitment closure and TATs, recruitment cost ratios, sourcing channel efficiency etc.
-To coordinate for new recruitment/ assessment tools and to induct the hiring managers with efficient assessment techniques for enabling them to assess interviewees better.

Skills Required

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the recruitment domain.
- Experience in hiring stock dealers and toward financial security business.
- End-to-end recruitment experience.
- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
