Assignment Details
- Preparation of different weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS reports & dashboards
- Monitoring, consolidating & managing various types of data
- Collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting the data & presenting data in comprehensive manner for different talent management initiatives. Coordinating with business SPOCs and other teams as necessary for this.
- Co-ordinating with vendors and finance team for invoice processing
- Co-ordinating with HR tech & ops team to implement HR technology related requirements
- Co-ordinating with admin team to support execution of events
- Supporting talent related projects in ideation & execution
- Supporting secondary research as needed & preparing presentations for the same
Skills Required
Key capabilities required:
- Expertise in Advanced Excel – vlookup, Xlookup, Index Match, nested Ifs, Pivot, - Macros, graphs, conditional formatting, mail merge
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau
- Comfort with technology, MS Teams, One drive & HR systems
- Multi-tasking, Speed & quality of execution, attention to detail
- Comfort in working with large amount of data
- Comfort in email & verbal communication with different stakeholders
- Basic HR functional knowledge
Qualification & experience:
- Graduation in HR/Statistics or analytical related fields
- At least 3-4 years of work experience
- Prior experience in HR analytics will be helpful
