Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
1) End to end manage e-learning design projects with capability in handling the full
lifecycle of content development starting from Need Analysis to content development.
2) Author and design effective storyboards and visual storyboards to develop sticky-
learning solutions using prescribed tools (Articulate/Storyline) according to our quality and development standard.
3) Propose design solutions with measurable impact.
4) Manage the learning requirements of the internal stakeholder, structuring source
content, creating high-level design documents, storyboarding, visual storyboarding.
5) Work closely with Graphics and development teams to create and present prototypes for better SME visualization, developing training assets facilitator guides, web-based training, application simulations, performance simulation, videos, game based and blended learning.
6) Conduct storyboard walkthrough, seek clarification and iteration in storyboard design.

This project duration is 12+ months and is remote.
