Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an innovative and strategic Learning and Development (L&D) Strategy Creator to design, develop, and implement impactful learning strategies aligned with our company’s objectives. This role will focus on building a culture of continuous learning, enhancing employee skills, and driving business performance through effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, organizational development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
Identify skill gaps and future competency requirements to create targeted learning solutions.
Evaluate emerging learning trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure L&D strategies support business objectives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of learning initiatives.
Leverage data analytics and feedback mechanisms to assess and improve learning programs.
Foster a learning culture through innovative programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and mentorship.
Partner with external training providers, universities, and industry experts to enhance L&D offerings.
Oversee the development and deployment of e-learning platforms, blended learning solutions, and learning management systems (LMS).

Skills Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS, and content authoring tools.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable learning solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
