Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Recruiter(Engineering and Digital) 

 Responsible for Engineering & Digital hiring for multiple platforms in R&D
 Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies to deliver on key organizational metrics. 
 Execute and manage recruitment strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices, systems and methodologies.
 Business and HR Stakeholder management

 

Duration - 12 months

Capacity- Full time

Location- Bangalore, BGRT (Onsite)

Skills Required

-Relevant experience of 4 to 8 years in recruitment

-Bachelor or Master's degree in HR
-2-5 years' experience in TA functions
-Relevant experience in End-End Recruitment activities, Stakeholder Management & Data Driven with Good communication skills
-Experience in Engineering and Digital hiring
