Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant - Talent Development


Key responsibilities:

Project Communication & Branding

  • Develop and manage project communication materials.
  • Create branding assets, ensuring consistency in messaging.

Template Creation & Documentation

  • Design and maintain templates for various project needs.
  • Standardize reporting and documentation formats.

Feedback Consolidation & Reporting

  • Gather and compile feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Create an executive summary of feedback insights.
  • Develop a structured format for capturing feedback.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Provide logistical support for talent connect initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Project Tracking & Database Management

  • Maintain and update the project tracker regularly.
  • Manage and update the talent database.

Project Deployment Support

  • Assist in the rollout of initiatives across different units.
  • Ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

Skills Required

Skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years in HR (preferably Talent Management or related areas).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of talent development and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing project timelines and deliverables.
