Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Instructional Designer to support digital learning design and development for internal stakeholders. This role involves end-to-end content creation, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences. Prior experience in Energy Management, Electricals, Energy Efficiency, or Sustainable Energy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop e-learning modules on technical and non-technical topics.
Analyze learning needs and create instructional strategies, design documents, and storyboards.
Apply principles of adult learning and brain science in content development.
Develop storyboards, instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, web-based training, simulations, and blended learning experiences.
Ensure content accessibility by adhering to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Propose learning designs with measurable impact and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and project teams to deliver high-quality content.
Forecast and meet project deadlines while adapting to evolving business needs.

Skills Required

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in instructional design and learning content development.
Proficiency in content curation, copyediting, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with learning experience platforms (Cornerstone/EdCast) is a plus.
Awareness of AI-driven content design innovations.

Behavioral Skills:
Creative and agile mindset, open to feedback and experimentation.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in multicultural teams.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Additional Expectations
Familiarization with Schneider Electric’s Branding, IPR, and Diversity & Inclusion guidelines.
Ability to independently assess stakeholder needs and drive projects with minimal guidance.
Work collaboratively with graphic designers and project teams while sharing best practices.
