Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Junior HRBP/HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Demographic Data Management:
Manage demographic dashboards and resolve data quality issues on a monthly basis.
HRBP Activities:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in learning and development initiatives.
Provide guidance on HR policies.
Employee Support:
Address employee queries related to Schneider Electric (SE) policies.
Employee Engagement:
Ideate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives quarterly.
Exit Management:
Conduct exit interviews as required.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs.
Project Collaboration:
Work with the extended R&D HRBP team on HR KPI-driven projects.
Reporting and Documentation:
Assist in creating reports, documents, and presentations.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a start-up or MNC environment in a HR Generalist or Junior HRBP role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Personal Attributes:
Self-starter with a creative and proactive go-getter attitude.
