Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Organisational Design Consultant with expertise in implementing and leveraging the RASCI framework (Responsible, Accountable, Supporting, Consulted, Informed) to support organisational structure optimization and clarify roles and responsibilities across functions. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to design efficient processes, enhance decision-making, and enable the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Design & Framework Development:
Lead and implement organisational design initiatives, focusing on aligning structure, processes, and roles with business strategy.
Develop clear RASCI matrices to clarify roles, improve accountability, and streamline decision-making.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on RASCI principles and implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation:
Work closely with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand organisational challenges and needs.
Facilitate discussions to identify bottlenecks, role overlaps, and gaps, using RASCI as a diagnostic tool.
Support leadership in assigning roles and responsibilities to foster ownership and efficiency.
Analysis & Insights:
Perform detailed assessments of current organisational structures, workflows, and role clarity.
Use RASCI analysis to identify pain points, propose improvements, and develop actionable recommendations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarising findings and progress.
Change Management Support:
Collaborate with Change Management teams to embed new structures and processes.
Develop communication plans to ensure successful adoption of RASCI matrices across the organisation.
Process Improvement & Best Practices:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with RASCI methodology.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of organisational design changes over time.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum [5+] years of experience in Organisational Design or Business Consulting, with hands-on expertise in RASCI frameworks.
Proven experience working on organisational transformation projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of RASCI matrices and their practical applications in clarifying accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environments.
