Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Junior HR.
The Junior HR role involves providing support for various HR initiatives, including database design, template creation, talent profile development, and career deployment activities. The key focus is on contributing to the success of Talent Management projects and ensuring efficient HR operations
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Support: Provide assistance and support for 2-3 ongoing HR projects. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
2. Database Design: Design and develop an agile database system tailored for Talent Management (TM) projects. Focus on projects such as Leadership Development and Talent Connects to streamline data management processes.
3. Template Design: Create crisp and creative templates for Talent Profiles to enhance presentation and readability. Ensure templates are visually appealing and align with the company's branding guidelines.
4. Talent Profile Creation: Generate concise Talent Profiles based on provided data and information. Ensure accuracy and completeness of profiles to support decision-making processes.
5. Support Career Deployment: Assist in organizing and facilitating Career-week/month activities across Greater India. Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of career-related events.
This project is for a duration of 2 months(extendable as per performance) and requires the consultant to work Remotely devoting their Part-Time Capacity.
- Database Management: Proficiency in agile database design for HR projects. Knowledge of database tools for efficient data organization.
- Creative Design: Ability to create visually appealing Talent Profile templates. Strong design skills for enhancing HR materials.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy in Talent Profile creation and data organization. Meticulous approach to ensure completeness of HR documents.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration. Effective conveyance of ideas and information.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills for task prioritization.
