Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an energetic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a rich experience in HR Shared Services (HRSS) or HRBP roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives, driving employee engagement, managing talent, and providing strategic support to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing expert HR guidance to drive business results.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues, improving engagement, and implementing strategies to enhance team morale.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring that objectives are aligned with business goals and support continuous development.

Talent Management & Development: Manage talent acquisition, development programs, and succession planning efforts to build a high-performing workforce.

Data Management & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent data management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
High energy, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Comprehensive understanding and exposure to the full gamut of HR functions, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
An MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable.
