Our client is a leading global snacking company and are looking to engage with a Recruitment Coordinator.
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team with various administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with SuccessFactors and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters throughout the recruitment process using SuccessFactors.
- Create and manage job postings for internal and external platforms.
- Schedule interviews, debrief meetings, and coordinate candidate travel.
- Manage pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for recruiters and candidates, handling inquiries and
communication.
- Oversee vendor management and process recruitment-related invoices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SuccessFactors.
- Generate reports and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and HR functions.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF) or similar Applicant Tracking
Systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with vendor management is a plus.
- Proficient in generating reports and tracking metrics.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams.
