Assignment Details

A leading client in FMCG sector is looking for a Consultant (R&D-CSR) below are the requirement for the role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Execute and oversee the fellowship program lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with partner institutes for student selection, document collection, and MOU management.
  • Engagement & Mentorship: Develop engagement initiatives for fellows and manage the mentorship program with R&D leaders.
  • Social Media & Communications: Strategize and execute social media campaigns and internal communications to promote the program.
  • School & Graduate Engagement: Drive outreach activities with schools, graduates, and women professors.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, create project plans, and handle purchase orders, invoices, and audits.

Skills Required

  • Graduation/Master's degree in any field with a strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in CSR or program management.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Social media and internal communication expertise.
  • Passionate about gender equality and empowering women in STEM.
