Assignment Details

Our Client an Indian multinational automotive manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced Integrator and policy advisor with 15+ years of expertise in the defence sector, specifically in policy and advocacy with the Ministry of Defence (MOD). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the defence procurement process and extensive experience working with DRDO, DRDO Labs, MOD, and private industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage integration projects within the defence domain.
Provide specialist expertise in policy and advocacy related to MOD.
Facilitate Technology Transfer (ToT), Partnerships, Joint Ventures (JV), and Acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with defence procurement processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across DRDO, DRDO Labs, MOD, and private industry.

Skills Required

Required Experience:

10-15+ years of experience in relevant defence segments.
Proven track record of working with DRDO, DRDO Labs, and MOD.
In-depth knowledge of defence procurement processes.
Experience in ToT, Partnerships, JV, and Acquisitions within the defence domain.
Specialist on Policy and Advocacy with Ministry of Defence
