Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in FMCG, seeks supply chain mapping for sustainable dairy sourcing.


SCOPE OF WORK
 

Supply Chain Mapping:

  • Develop a detailed map of the dairy supply chain, including fresh milk and SMP sources, collection, and chilling centers with geo-location data.

Supplier Assessment:

  • Evaluate key suppliers’ capacity, sophistication, and readiness to adopt sustainability programs aligned with corporate goals.

Sustainability Recommendations:

  • Provide actionable recommendations to integrate sustainability initiatives, such as regenerative agriculture, responsible sourcing, and decarbonization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and project leads to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of interventions.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on supply chain challenges and market trends to support traceability and sustainability improvements.

Reporting and Reviews:

  • Prepare detailed reports and ensure alignment with Unilever’s project requirements, including reviews and approvals from stakeholders.

Skills Required

 

  1. Expertise in supply chain mapping and market analysis.
  2. Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
  3. Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and regenerative agriculture.
  4. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.
  5. Experience in food safety standards and dairy/agri markets.
  6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend actionable solutions.
