Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with all stakeholders across the value chain, including end users, contractors, and consultants.
Travel to multiple regions as necessary to build and maintain these relationships.
Executive Engagement:
Demonstrate the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Tender and Specification Management:
Ensure organisation's products are approved and specified in the maximum number of tenders until the purchase stage.
Consultative Approach:
Act as a consultant to customers in planning, designing, engineering, and budgeting.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Project Pipeline Growth:
Ensure continuous growth of the project pipeline across the Defence segment.
Promotional Activities:
Conceive, plan, and organize promotional activities/events if necessary for end user/channel engagement.
Proven experience in relationship management and the ability to engage with C-level executives.
Strong understanding of the Defence segment and its specific needs.
Demonstrated ability to influence and manage specifications and tenders.
Excellent consultative skills with experience in planning, designing, engineering, and budgeting.
Ability to conceive and organize promotional activities/events.
Willingness to travel as required.
