Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking for a Consultant- E2E Leader for Early Innovation – Global Incubation Team

 

Responsibilities:


Evaluate and Optimize Partner Enablement Processes:
Assess the current end-to-end process for partner enablement.
Identify gaps and manual activities within these processes.
 

Automation of Partner Processes:
Design and implement a new automated end-to-end process for partners to buy, resell, and perform service offers.
 

Gap Analysis and Improvement:
Evaluate the current end-to-end process for partners who buy and resell service offers.
Identify and address any inefficiencies or gaps.
 

Proposal Preparation:
Develop proposals for investment to address end-to-end gaps.
Focus on automating and digitizing the entire process.
 

Sales Process Improvement:
Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance sales processes.
Lead initiatives to digitize and streamline sales-related activities.


 

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in automating complex processes to improve efficiency.
  • Proven track record of enhancing sales processes through digitization and automation.
