Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Consultant- General Manager Projects & SEZ Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

To be the first point of contact in person & telephone and to be responsible for the complete functioning & day to day activities of the premises.
To monitor the daily movement of all in-coming /out-goings in the premises
Responsible for the complete maintenance of the space, it’s equipment and all activities therein.
Responsible for the equipment printers, telephones, air conditioners. To coordinate with relevant service providers in case of non-functioning or technical faults with any equipment.
Maintain AND BE Responsible FOR THE Library BOOKS AND Journals
Efficient Productive Interactions ON MAILS AND Telephone & Maintain Physical & SOFT COPY Records OF FILES AND Correspondence
Monitor Stationery, Pantry, Housekeeping Supplies & IT'S Purchases with the help of JLL and IT Team.
Monitor THE Pantry AND Housekeeping Cleanliness with the help of JLL and IT Team
Arrange FOR PEST Control, Follow-Up ON WATER Filter AMCS, ETC
Co-ordinate with SEZ consultants and business in obtaining material usage permissions on time.
Support inbound domestic and international travelers.
Work on adhering to compliances by filing all required metrics and returns with help from consultants.
Support the business in employee engagement activities.

Skills Required

Proven experience in facility management and SEZ compliance, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEZ regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
