Assignment Details

Our client, a leading American Private Foundation, is looking to engage with a Consultant-  Drug Discovery Program Management. 

 

Key Responsibilities- 

 

  • Build comprehensive project plans with clear deliverables, schedules, and milestones & periodically
    track progress against timelines, help Gates foundation identify risks, and implement mitigation
    strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project align with agreed goals and meet the desired outcomes
  • Facilitate timely submission of internal deliverables, project reports and stakeholder coordination
  • Assist in organizing and lead critical stakeholder meetings, workshops, and lead periodic regular check-ins
  • Manage key relationships with partners, including THSTI, CCMB, and
    streamline communication between all involved parties.


 

Skills Required

  • Proven project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders; drive engagement, and reporting abilities.
  • Deep understanding of vaccine & drug development process is highly desirable.
  • PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Public Health, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree in Project Management is an asset.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in public health, vaccines, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methods.
