Our client, a leading American Private Foundation, is looking to engage with a digital health Consultant.

Scope of work of consultant:
1. Support the identified partner and the State Govt to identify a logic of public health data collection and availability at all levels is created.
2. With the partner and based on aligned with the respective State Govt, to coordinate with NHM program teams to ensure programmatic inputs are incorporated into design solutions
3. Support the State Govt. to leverage data generated from digital solutions for driving programmatic reviews and identification of timely follow-up actions as required and demonstrate that for specific use cases including referral pathways across NHM programs e.g., RMNCH, NCD etc.
4. Support the partner and State Govt to list relevant data fields across digital health applications, guidelines (State/Central Govt) and provide clinical and functional insights to develop rationale and relevant workflows there in
5. Test the framework developed under the investment - Leverage HCD to digitally enable Health workforce across care continuum by PATH to see if this could be of value for various Dept. program teams and provide inputs into it as appropriate.
6. Provide evidence and insights as a global good from rolling out digital health innovations to improve primary health care.

Skills Required

1. Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm
2. Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
3. Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
