Assignment Details

Our client, a leading American Private Foundation, is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant - A1

Scope of work of consultant:
1. The current consultancy will focus on mapping existing & potential suppliers of Encapsulated Ferrous Fumarate in India
2. Visit supplier facilities to assess and evaluate their competencies / infrastructure,
capacities to produce existing and other potential formulations like encapsulated ferrous sulphate, encapsulated electrolytic iron etc.
3. Compare supplier cost structures for various formulations and derive costing for retail.
4. Create a document (updated form of WHO fortification book 2006) on various iron salts, their features and application in Industry based on science and industry insights.

Skills Required

1. Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm
2. Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
3. Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
