Assignment Details

Our client, India's Leading Social Enterprise, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Head of Investor Relations for a 6 months remote project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial strategy & planning;
- Lead financial forecasting and risk management;
- Monitor and analyze economic trends and business performance, and offer actionable financial insights;
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external financial institutions;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks;
- Lead financial due diligence in potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic alliances.

Note:
Duration: 6 months
Nature of work: Remote
Capacity: Full Time

Skills Required

- Well-versed with investment experience and a background in HR,
- 10-15 years of experience managing an HR business, along with experience working in a VC or investment bank;
- Prior experience working as CFO or similar roles is preferred;
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to provide strategic and operational guidance.
