Assignment Details

Our Client an investment focused company, is looking to engage with  Commercial due diligence expert.

Assignment Details –
o Details of manufacturing facility:

1. Milk Processing capacity – 3,80,000 Litre/day

2. List of products:
a. Milk powder
b. Butter
c. Ghee
d. Pouch milk
e. Butter-milk
f. Lassi
g. Shreekhand
h. Curd

o Commercial Due diligence of a Dairy processing facility including pouch milk,
Milk powder, Butter, Ghee and other value added products:
a. Price of milk sourcing – Both Cow milk and Buffalo milk
b. Product-wise selling price per unit
c. Understanding of overall Profit and loss statement of dairy facility and derive
product wise EBITDA margins as well as consolidated EBITDA margins
d. Financial Feasibility Study of Project and product wise Profit & Loss statement
e. Cost of setting up a green field plant with same products as mentioned above

b. Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills for Project Evaluation

o Position Consultant Should’ve Worked In – CEO/ CFO/ President finance/ VP
finance/ Finance head
