Assignment Details

Our client, An International, Non Profit Global Health Organization, is looking to engage with a Planning and Finance management consultant .

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assess the cost norms drawing from existing experience of metropolitan cities globally and provide recommendations for realistic planning and budgeting of activities.
2. Study funds flow systems established for the MS program to identify specific areas for improving efficiency and transparency.
3. Assess the accounting and financial reporting mechanisms and provide options to improve timeliness and accuracy.
4. Provide options for ensuring sustainable financing for metropolitan surveillance units after the end of PM-ABHIM.

This project is for a duration of 24 months and requires the consultant to work On- Site in Delhi NCR devoting their Full-Time Capacity.

Skills Required

Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
2. Financial analysis and modeling: Ability to assess financial data and create models for informed decision-making.
3. Budgeting and cost estimation: Proficiency in developing realistic budgets and estimating costs based on existing metropolitan city experiences.
4. Funds flow analysis and optimization: Skill in analyzing and improving the efficiency and transparency of funds flow systems to ensure effective resource allocation
