Our client, a Research & Consulting Firm, is seeking to engage with a Junior Financial Analysis and Report Making Consultant for our client,
The consultant will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive project report for an architect designing a new hospital in Bhopal. This report will be submitted to banks to secure funding. The ideal candidate will have a knack for financial analysis, a good understanding of hospital business models, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Data Extraction and Analysis: Gather and interpret business numbers and market reviews to extract relevant data.
2. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability of the hospital project.
3.Report Creation: Compile and present the financial analysis in a structured project report suitable for submission to financial institutions.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to support financial projections and provide a context for the hospital project’s potential success.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the client to understand their inputs and requirements, ensuring all necessary details are accurately represented in the report.
6. Insight Development: Identify key insights from the data that will help in making informed financial decisions.
7. Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations to effectively communicate findings and financial models to stakeholders, including banks and investors.
8. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all financial analyses and reports comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
This is an urgent project for a Duration of 1 week (4-7 days) and requires the consultant to devote Full Time Capacity in a Remote Model.
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector, hospitals or related industries.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and financial software.
4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
6. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
7. Understanding of Hospital Business Models: Basic knowledge of hospital operations and financial dynamics.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients, managing relationships and expectations.
9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new challenges and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
