Assignment Details

Our Client is leading Money Management firm and are looking to engage with a Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:


1.  Optimization of P&L: Oversee the profit and loss statement of the entire organization, ensuring revenue optimization and cost-efficiency.

2. Entity Management: Ensure smooth financial communication and transactions between different company entities, providing oversight and alignment.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Lead compliance with financial regulations, including local tax laws, audits, and corporate governance.

4. Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain robust reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements.

5. Audit and Tax Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, as well as tax filings, ensuring strict adherence to statutory requirements.

6. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage AR/AP processes, ensuring effective cash flow and vendor management.

7. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in financial management, with expertise in P&L, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and automation tools.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
