Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Consultant, Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end project management activities for finance-related initiatives. The role requires working closely with organisation’s Business Finance and Digital teams, driving program governance, and ensuring adherence to prescribed methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with organisation’s methods and frameworks.
Collaborate with Business Finance and Digital teams, providing unified views of program status, progress, and potential roadblocks.
Conduct and lead program governance meetings, such as Steering Committee meetings, Phase Gate reviews, and stand-up calls.
Develop detailed project management plans in consultation with project sponsors and leaders, ensuring timely execution.
Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders to document business requirements or recommend necessary changes.
Measure and regularly monitor project progress, publishing reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Provide oversight for complex initiatives as part of the overall program.
Identify issues and risks, supporting mitigation efforts and ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Align people and resources to execute project plans, including leading efforts on process design and standardization.
Ensure adherence to organisation’s standards for process documentation.
Develop and implement change management and communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure business processes are documented and maintained.

Skills Required

Proven experience in project management within finance or transformation programs.
Strong ability to interface with business and technical teams.
Expertise in leading governance meetings and adhering to project management frameworks.
Experience in facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with senior stakeholders.
