Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to support the C&A business in driving sustainable and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and stakeholders to drive financial performance.
Oversee month-end closing, MIS reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
Manage project cash flows, working capital, and accounts receivable.
Support internal, statutory, tax, and TP audits and related documentation.
Ensure compliance and financial controls in a project-based environment.
Location: Mahape, Mumbai
Duration: 8-12 months (Full-time)
Skills Required
Strong background in FP&A, forecasting, and budgeting.
Experience with commercial finance, project environments, and cash flow management.
Proficient in SAP/ERP/HFM/DFL/BI systems.
Excellent understanding of stakeholder management and man-management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must demonstrate agility, responsibility, trustworthiness, and ownership.
