Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant- Plant Finance for a project:
Key Details-
-Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling the costs associated with production, including raw materials, labor, energy, and overhead expenses.
-Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing financial budgets and forecasts for the plant’s operations, including expected revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures.
-Capital Investment Planning: Evaluating and managing capital investments.This involves cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and prioritizing projects that enhance production efficiency.
-Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing financial reports that detail the plant's performance, including profit and loss statements, cost variance analysis, and production efficiency metrics.
-Working Capital Management: Managing the plant’s working capital needs, including inventory levels, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure smooth operations and financial stability.
-Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring that the plant complies with financial regulations, safety standards, and internal controls.
-Operational Efficiency Analysis: Analyzing the plant’s operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction. .
-Financial Performance Metrics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production costs per unit, gross margin, asset utilization, and profitability.

Skills Required
-Good communication and inter-personal skills.
-Candidate should have good experience in SAP.
-Should have Plant controlling experience.
-Should possess good cross functional management skills.
-Experience in Plant costing is preferred.
