Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for aOrder Processing Specialist with experience in AVEVA and SCADA software to join our team for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Integration: Leverage your expertise in AVEVA and SCADA software to integrate AI solutions for enhanced operational efficiency and automation.
- Order Processing & Execution: Oversee the processing and execution of orders, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and timely fulfillment.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics activities, including inventory management and distribution, to support effective order execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and project alignment.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on project progress, performance metrics, and AI software impact.
Skills Required
Key Skills Required:
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience working with AVEVA and SCADA software, with a solid understanding of order processing, logistics, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI software integration and a strong grasp of related technologies and methodologies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Reporting: Experience in creating detailed and accurate reports for management review.
