Assignment Details

Our client is a leading global investment firm offering solutions in alternative assets spanning real estate, private credit, private equity, and infrastructure and they are looking for a finance expert who have leadership experience managing finance teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CFO to strengthen financial controls and build scalable financial capabilities.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to support the company’s IPO-readiness.
  • Lead the ERP (NetSuite) implementation and train key managerial personnel.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Skills Required

Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in finance, preferably in large organizations or tech companies.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Expertise in implementing ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS financial models and CRM rollout processes.
  • Experience in preparing organizations for IPO, including building financial controls and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly in growth-stage companies.
