Assignment Details

Our client is a global FMCG firm and they are looking to engage with a Finance Expert on a project to help them screen the right talent from a technical perspective.

The consultant will be expected to :

1. Conduct initial screening rounds of prospective candidates being considered for a variety of core finance and commercial roles in the company
2. Share their assessment of the candidates interviewed in terms of knowledge and expertise- both concepts and applied
3. Provide input into the job descriptions for the roles being hired for as well structure interview questions/format that could be leveraged by other interviewers
4. Help design technical case studies and assessments in the finance domain (if needed).

Skills Required

1. 10+ years of experience in core finance and commercial roles with other
leading FMCG companies is a must
2. Prior experience with managing a team and hiring for it is expected
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders efficiently
5. The consultant should be a Chartered Accountant or an MBA Finance
