Assignment Details

Our client, a boutique technology consulting and enterprise solutions provider is seeking a highly experienced Domain Expert Consultant to provide immediate support on a project basis. This role will involve an initial half-day consultation, conducted online or in-office, with the potential for extension to a long-term engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support for Product/AI Team:

  • Validate and provide weightage to the finalized feature list for cross-sell AI capabilities.
  • Ensure the features align with industry standards and enable successful customer adoption across various verticals.

Support for Sales/Pre-sales Teams:

  • Conduct a session on key issues, considerations, and regulations pertaining to cross-sell initiatives in the insurance and securities industries.

Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of insurance and securities data models as well as industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of KPIs to track and their impact on increasing sales, cross-sell, and retention for insurance and securities products.
  • Experience in designing, marketing, or selling insurance and/or securities products
  • Hands-on experience with initiatives aimed at increasing uptake of insurance/securities products.
  • Involvement in cross-sell and retention campaigns, or collaboration with data science teams to inform such programs.
