Our Client is a leading Boutique Consulting firm and are looking to engage with a Director -Financial Modelling and Advisory on contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and evaluation of complex financial models for large-scale infrastructure projects and transactions.
• Oversee capital structuring, risk assessment, and funding mechanisms for project finance opportunities.
• Provide strategic advisory services, including due diligence, market assessments, and investment analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members to maintain quality and alignment with project objectives.
Note:
Location- On-site, Saudi Arabia
Duration- 6 Months (Extendable)
Capacity- Full Time
*For consultants not in SA, the client will provide travel expenses, visa, etc.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, project finance, and transaction advisory services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex financial concepts effectively.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Saudi Arabia for the project duration.
