Assignment Details

Our client, a Financial Consulting firm, is looking for a Consultant - Securitization of Financial Product. The Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Conceptualization of Financial Instruments: Develop and design financial instruments like Pass Through Certificates, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and securitized loan or investment products for banks and large financial institutions.

  • Development of Securitization Products: Create debt and investment instruments tailored for both institutional and retail investors.
  • Workflow and Money Flow Analysis: Have a detailed understanding of and provide insights into the workflows and money flows among various stakeholders involved in securitization processes.
  • Support in mapping various transaction structures prevailing in the market and provide preliminary insights into regulatory requirements impacting securitization products.


 

Skills Required

  • Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent finance-related qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in securitization and related financial instruments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex financial products for large financial institutions and investors.
