Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Rollouts:

Plan and manage the launch of new Brand Web/Mobile Platforms (Website/App).

Work with cross-functional teams using project management tools like JIRA/Asana.

UI/UX Design & Optimization:

Information architecture, navigation design, benchmarking, and wireframing.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Design, and other UX tools is a plus.

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

Lead initiatives such as Loyalty Solutions, Conversational Tech, WhatsApp Journeys, and AI-driven solutions.

Drive user research, SEO analysis, usability testing, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis.

Martech & CRM Activation:

Enable CRM and Martech initiatives with user journey optimizations.

Knowledge of Martech & CRM platforms is essential.

Content Management & Analytics:

Ensure timely merchandising and cataloging on platforms.

Create and publish reports on web analytics, CRM activation, and user engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Training:

Act as a bridge between Marketing and IT for smoother development and implementation.

Train stakeholders for tool adoption and digital transformation projects.

Design and optimize user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Develop intuitive and seamless UX experiences that enhance engagement.

Utilize analytics and data insights to refine and improve digital experiences.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement UX improvements.

Monitor user behavior and performance metrics to drive conversion and retention.

Conduct A/B testing, user research, and usability studies to identify areas for enhancement.

Stay updated on the latest UX trends, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.

Skills Required

Proven experience in UX design, web journey creation, and user behavior analysis.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Heatmaps, or similar tools.

Understanding of UI/UX best practices, customer experience design, and digital marketing.

Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for improving user journeys.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer segmentation strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, etc. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Personal Attributes:

Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Strong project management skills.

Hands-on experience in a similar role within a digital agency or a brand.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage agency partners.

Proficiency in digital tools such as UI/UX platforms, Web/Mobile Design tools, CRM/Data platforms, and Conversation Tech (Chatbots, WhatsApp Journeys, etc.).
