Assignment Details
Our client is looking for a Branding and Communications Consultant who would create content to increase total employee engagement, communicate brand initiatives and get participation.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Design and produce high-quality, engaging promotional content for digital and print media for Enterprise Excellence.
• Collect and create testimonial videos from CXOs, External Consultants, Employees, etc. for Group COE events and workshops.
• Create appealing mailers for Excellence Buzz.
• Collaborate with the SBU/Sites teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, email marketing, website, and other promotional channels.
• Create visually appealing and easy to understand cascading score boards for the John Shaw Excellence Model after consulting with the Group COE Technical Team.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
• Develop and design layouts, templates, and other visual elements for Business Excellence tools.
• Work with technical team, external experts, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective brochures, technical documents, and promotional documents.
• Manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to enhance the creative process and deliver innovative design solutions.
Skills Required
-Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality, visually appealing content for digital and print media.
-Video Production and Editing: Ability to collect, edit, and produce testimonial videos and other multimedia content, ensuring a professional quality that aligns with event and promotional goals.
-Creative Collaboration and Communication: Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., SBU, sites, technical teams) to develop engaging campaigns and design materials.
-Branding and Consistency: Deep understanding of brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent look across all promotional content and media platforms.
-Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
-Marketing Design: Experience in creating content for email marketing, social media, websites, and other promotional channels with a focus on engagement and clarity.
