Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products is seeking a dynamic and creative Communications & Design Specialist skilled in design and content creation, capable of producing compelling visuals for communications, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media. Additionally, this role will support change management initiatives and assist with communication events to drive engagement and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Content Creation & Design:
o Design visually appealing internal communication materials including newsletters, emailers, posters, graphics, presentations and short Associate videos
o Create and curate engaging content for internal social media platforms (Viva Engage/Yammer)
o Create engaging graphics and visual assets that align with the brand's messaging and tone.
2. Campaigns & Events Support:
o Assist in executing communication campaigns related to change management, and internal culture initiative
o Provide creative and logistic support for communications events, such as townhalls, workshops, and engagement programs.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with the communications team across segments and key stakeholders to create content that supports organizational goals and campaigns.
4. Change Management Communication:
o Design materials that help Associates understand, engage, and adapt to changes within the business.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, graphic design, or a related role.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create concise, engaging content.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., Yammer, Workplace, Slack) is a plus.
