Assignment Details

Our client, a global non-profit technology organization is looking to engage with a Design Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
 Design and develop Microsoft Office templates (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) that align with the organization’s new website themes, colors, and branding guidelines.
 Create visually appealing and brand-consistent social media templates for platforms like LinkedIn and other channels, ensuring they are easy to use and adaptable for different types of content.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all designs reflect the organization’s brand identity and maintain consistency across all platforms and communication materials.
 Adapt existing content and templates as needed to accommodate new themes, ensuring that updates are visually cohesive and in line with the latest branding guidelines.
 Ensure all templates are optimized for accessibility and ease of use, providing clear
instructions for non-designers to customize and use the templates effectively.

Location: Remote

Skills Required

- Proven experience in template design for Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and social media platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually consistent and brand- aligned templates.
- Ability to adapt designs to align with established brand themes, colors, and website aesthetics.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, including templates for both internal and external use.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, and branding principles,
ensuring all templates are functional, engaging, and on-brand.
- Knowledge of social media design best practices, ensuring that templates are optimized for engagement and tailored to the formats of different social platforms.
